Deposits are non-refundable. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be asked to make a new deposit in order to reschedule. If you don't contact us at all, and don't show up to your appointment, you will be asked to pay in full in order to reschedule. Your balance is payable in cash, at the time of service. We have an ATM on site for your convenience.
